Store Policy

Due to the nature of our business, returns are not accepted. However, if a mistake is made due to our error, we will replace the same item. We do not refund shipping costs. You must contact us before initiating a return.

We do our best to keep information as up-to-date as possible. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust prices at anytime prior to or after an order due to errors, omissions, unavailability, out of stock, or changing market conditions. All sales are in US currency ($USD). For international orders, you may be charged customs duties or taxes on your package once it reaches your country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment.

All orders placed with us shall be subject to acceptance or cancellation at anytime. By placing an order with us, customer acknowledges that he/she has read the policies.

We accept payment thru Google Checkout or Paypal.

If your order is paid by eCheck through Paypal or Google Checkout, your order will be shipped 5 business days after cleared payment.

Items are shipped via Fedex, UPS or USPS Priority Shipping with delivery confirmation to insure the most cost effective and fastest way of getting our products to you! If you need expedited shipping, please contact us and let us know. We will attempt to accommodate your request!

All orders are shipped to the address on the order. Please be sure to verify your address before submitting. We are not responsible for returned items due to incorrect address.

For international orders, please contact us for ordering and invoicing.

Shipping notifications are sent thru Paypal or Google.

Due to the personalized nature of our business the turn around time varies. However, will not take longer than 14 business days for your order to ship. This timeframe could be extended during peak seasons.
